ONE MONTH FOUR DAYS

tapi bile balik rumah je

da tak kuase
da tak feeling...

ade banyak bende lain yg harus difikirkan...

so, today saturday, i guess is the best time for me to blog
senang kire
to-date, i da kerja dengan Ain Society selama...
sebulan 4 hari...
hehehe...

cepat eh mase berlalu...
dalam mase sebulan 4 hari nie mcm2 bende sey terjadi
in my work area
mane nak start eh...

ok, first start psl staff kat sini lah...
wen i first came here...
ade total of 5 staff + my boss ah
then now ade 3 je...
and by next week mungkin ade 2 je...
One staff mmg da tender bile i baru masuk
so her las day was on the las 15 june
tinggal la 4...
then las wednesday ade satu lagi staff berhenti...
jadi tinggal lah 3...
by next week ade lagi satu staff will be transfer to HQ Joo Chiat
furthermore our department lain
jadi tinggal lah 2...

ceh.. mcm lagu 10 budak hitam...
main tepi longkang
lala lala lala...

actually quite tough jgk laa kan
2 org buat 3 org nye keje
but i heard new staff coming in...
dulu die pernah keje sini
then nak masuk balik...
kite tunggu je lah k...

well... people always said that if 2 staff quit within one month
then something wrong with the company...
but i want to make it clear now...
the company is ok
no problem with Ain...
the 1st staff was actually asked to resign
don't ask me why...
the 2nd staff was about to ask to resign
but then he quickly put up resignation letter...
weird huh?
ya...

i got this one though that
am i a jinx?
because wen i came
2 staff resign within one month...
hahaha...
funny i got that kind of feeling...

i'm not being selfish or cruel...
or -i don't know wat the word-
but i guess i wanna share this thing
because i still feel dissapointed by the 2nd staff resignation
but... he asked for it...
or can i say he deserved it?

his post was EO...
so at our department
there's 3 staff
between the 3 of us...
he's at the lowest rank...
One is Program Manager
Me as Senior EO
HE as EO...

tp antara kite bertiga
die staff paling lama...
die join Ain since last year
while program manager baru 2 months
and me baru 1 month
but then our rank is higher than his...

first of all... because he don't have any qualification
then his key performance was no good...
to me, he's lucky because without any qualification
he got an EO post and his salary is high
some ppl are so lucky...
but then...
some ppl just don't know how to appreciate his luck

if he did well, of course bleh naik pangkat
without looking at his qualification
because he shows good performance...

tp mcm mane nak naik pangkat kalau...
datang keje pukul 10
atau datang je lah sesuka hati...
sampai keje pergi computer lab...
main msn, tgk you tube etc...
happy2... ketawa2...
while me and my program manager
bertungkus lumus dlm ofis pikirkan new program...
handle on-going programs...

and he complained that: "tkde org bagi aku keje pe!"
k fine... mayb we're at fault too...
tapi sebagai staff lama, mesti tau pe ape nak buat
tak yah lah nak suruh2 kan?
or sendiri punye initiative laa...
tp tkpe...
then my program manager ask him to do filing...
the guess wat he said?
"kau tgk ah, ape dorg suro aku buat!"
OMG!
this kind of ppl actually exist?!!!

Our Life = Our Body

I know I know
its been more than a week since my last post
well... my life changes now...
my schedule, my priority...
I am not that busy
it juz that
I am yet to adapt myself with my new life...

when I was born
I changed from baby into kids
then I start my education
thats my next step in life

I studied from age of 5 years young until 23 years young
gosh! that was 18 years!
18 years of education! but still not enuff...
there's still a lot to learn, a lot to grab...
knowledge is like an ocean
and I only drank a cup from it...

NOW... i go to the next step...
my career...
well... i've been dying to tell
about my working environment...
too many to tell...

basically... my post as senior executive officer
i must incharge of this centre
in terms of the youth enrollement
correspondences to be send out to other relevance agencies
the schools, madrasahs, mosque, other muslim organizations
cater all the on-going programs here
because we have collaboration
with mendaki, MCYS, Boy's Home, the public...
also have to cater a little administration here...

frankly... its a nice place to work
with my own office, with the music studio around
that i always thought i was at a rock concert
with my boss, Pak Usop that i've never ever met before
but he treats me like his own child
he is so nice towards me with his guidance and patient
also, eventhough my manager, Kak Yati is at Joo Chiat
but she always help me for almost everything
she's really nice... (",)

with my two collegues, Abg Jamal and Nazree...
with the youth that can entertain me
whenever i'm alone and bored...
should i ask for more?

i can say that i'm very lucky...
though i know that problems and stress will always there
all i need to do is be patient and work hard...
thanks God for giving me this opportunity...
hopefully everything goes well...
Amiiinnn...

now i can help my family financially...
can take off their burden
since living here in singapore
is getting more and more expensive everyday
also i'm happy coz my parents proud of me
after invested their money for my education
now, slowly i can repay back all the deeds they gave...

suddenly i remember
one ustaz told me this when i was at aljunied:

our life is like our own body when we stand
first on top is our brain
that is for us to feed our brain with knowledge
then our tummy
that is to feed it by working
then our *tuuuut*
that is to feed it by marriage
if we feed all this accordingly
then our leg can stand and walk with pride and dignity...
gosh! i still remenber his words...
hmmm...

k then... got to entertain the youth
for our morning meeting...
